I am a recent graduate of East Tennessee State University. I’m from a tiny town called Greeneville, nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains.
I graduated sum cum laude in December 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Media and Communication: journalism with a minor in international affairs.
I hope to travel while pursuing a career in freelance journalism. So far I have explored the Bahamas, the British Isles and France, as well as many parts of the United States.
My passions include working as a dance teacher at Main Street Dance Company and volunteering on the missions team at The Well, a nondenominational campus ministry. I am also a sales associate at Natural Pet Supply, and a mentor to a child at Rise Up for Kids, a faith-based after school program. I am also a contributor for The Greeneville Sun, and a virtual assistant for Building Book Love.
